CLASSIFICATION: Park Located along the Paseo and E 31st St. Troost park is bordered by

PARK DISTRICT: Central plaground containing multiple play equipment, pathways leading to
several small basketball courts and a larger newly refinished court in the
ESTABLISHED: 1901 Northwest corner of the park. Mature trees on site are the only shade,

ACREAGE: 8.75 Acres with seating thoughout. Overall a clean park, but further updates are
needed. The sidewalks around the park are failing and could cause
difficult access the park. All signage is outdated and could use updating.
