PARK DISTRICT: grass and a playground in the southeast corner of the site. It is overall
attractive and well-maintained, easy to walk to, offers pleasant places
ESTABLISHED: 1911 to sit, and the playground and pavements are in good condition. Due to
ACREAGE: 13.2 acres the topography of the site, the park doesn’t offer a wide variety of uses
or opportunities for revenue. Opportunities for improvement include:
