Park Event Request Form

THIS FORM IS FOR  EVENTS and EVENTS THAT MAY NEED A SHELTER. 

Indoor and outdoor parties are required to follow current COVID guidelines, maintain social distancing and wear a mask.

FOR EVENTS IN PARKS, please complete all the fields below and hit submit to request park space for an event. If you’d rather download a copy of your request, download Event Request Form fill it out and return to Zekelia Oates. 

**There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to schedule an event/wedding in KC Parks. The $50 deposit will be applied toward the total permit fee. Payment in full and insurance (if necessary) are due 30 days prior to the event.

A KC Parks representative will contact you within two (2) business days of receipt of your request. All requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Do not fill this form out if you are requesting park space less than 30 days out as it will not be answered or processed.  If requesting park space less than 30 days out from event date, you must call to speak with the Events Administrator.  If it is determined there is park space available for your event, a $25 late processing fee will be added to your permit purchase.
