Walk, ride or run a different trail on Sundays in October! The month of October is ideal for exercising outside ~ the temperatures are cool and the colors are spectacular. Walktober makes the most of this great season by inviting participants on a tour of autumn’s most vibrant landscapes and inspiring everyone to make movement a priority!! Dogs on leashes are welcome. Commemorative Walktober buttons, designed by artist Liz Vargas, for the first 200 participants at each location. Attend all four events and collect all four designs!

WALKTOBER PRE-REGISTRATION>>
A 15.5-mile hiking and bicycling trail highlights the park, which also includes – along this trail system – 4 shelters and 30 picnic tables. The trail currently starts at Blue Mills Road and extends 15.5 miles south to Phelps Road in Kansas City. It will ultimately extend to Longview Lake. Little Blue Trace Trail Map>>
